Still a little difficult to tell precisely. The wheat cent--given the photos posted--appears to have been cleaned(?). The Memorial cent could be considered red. Large and sharp photos taken under natural light might tell us more--both sides of each coin. Natural light is key. Thanks.

The terms BN, RB and RD only apply to uncirculated coins. We can't make that judgment without larger, clear images of both sides of each of your coins.

You are absolutely right the Wheat penny was cleaned I'm ashamed to say. I hope I did not do to much damage it is a circulated coin what do they classify circulated penny's by color please let me know thank you

Website told me this was safest way to clean vinegar and salt there was a black substance on the coin

Penny , maybe you misread the web site . You should Never clean any coin with anything . Cleaning destroys a lot of the coins value . Only an Acetone soak can be safely done on most any coin without damage .

Seeing that you haven't shown a photo of the obverse and we don't even know what year they are, they would be worth face value.

About 55 years ago when I first started collecting, I wanted my pennies to shine. So I did the vinegar and soda route. They shined all right, then turned pink then green then black. Never done it again.
