Photos appear to be enlargements of relatively low resolution photos--difficult to offer a grade. Given what's posted, the coin looks like an average, circulated '83 D.

I'd call it a low end XF but you can find better.

It is the less common type "d" reverse however.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
