I have been looking at this thing wondering what could cause this... any opinions?
I actually have two weird pennies, one feels like.... paper kind of, very weird feel, and sound. Doesn't have that metallic "ding" when dropped. Also the second one with all the swirls, looks like it should be jagged and rough, but its completely smooth to the touch?
They both look insanely damaged, but on o e.. its like the damage is rising from The center, and like it's missing something. Any thoughts?

The first one looks like it was dug out of the ground, suffering from corrosion. The second has been in a parking lot for a long long time.
