Hard to tell from the pictures, but don't see DDR.

Looks like a normal 1966 cent. The devices on the obverse were wider that year But the DDO will show even wider devices:

The DDR also has wider devices:

While this looks like MD, note that they devices are wider than normal. Note on 'STATES. the devices are more like the normal size because of the location of these devices. Note the other ones are much wider. (Because of locations of these devices)
