Found this while going through and old collection. Any idea if its worth much of a premium? seems to be a rather large offset in decent condition.

That's a off-center strike. Don't know the exact value, however, coins
with full dates are usually more desirable than those without dates, or missing digits.
Anything else on the coin, varieties, errors?

It is a nice example- full date and mint mark and still a nice Red-Red Brown
I would value it at around $5.
