I found this today and don't know if it's damaged or intentional ,or mint error,the front looks good and no damage but the back has something that I don't know I took some pictures of it and it also has some on the rim anybody know what it is ?

Definitely damage, but unsure how it happened.

The rim nicks seem to line up with the starburst in the center. I wonder if someone drew a file across the center of the rev. . However it was done, it surely is damage though.

Seeing that it is impossible for that to happen during the striking of the coin,
the alternative is PMD, no matter how it happened.
