1964 Nickel Wondering If This Is Damaged Or Error Or Something Else?

Jvang508 New Member United States 14 Posts	Posted 09/08/2021 10:03 pm I found this today and don't know if it's damaged or intentional ,or mint error,the front looks good and no damage but the back has something that I don't know I took some pictures of it and it also has some on the rim anybody know what it is ? However it was done, it surely is damage though.
