Hey guys, I know the pic is terrible, but could some one maybe identify the cause of the marks around the obverse between all the letters, please ty? I picked up $1000 in halfs yesterday and alot of them have these marks? Halfway through and only 1-69. All the rest so far are 71 and up

I do the same thing regarding buying bulk coins to search through. It's almost like Walmart..... You can just return them and get your money back if you don't like them.

Coop. I was talking about buying coins from my bank. Not talking about buying bulk junk stuff online.

Thx guys. There's 2 boxes left at the bank, not sure I want to deal with them. I got 1-69, 1-2010, and all the rest were from 71 and up. But weird was not a single 87 and only 3 78's. Bulk of them were 71's, 72's and bicentennials
