XF40 old cleaning. will it grade straight. 50/50 chance. I'm saying details although this is very nice early example

I found one of these where I purchased my crazy clash 1865 if your interested, to me it looks like a straight grade but what do know lol.

Guy is running some kind of a toy/weird stuff store.

Thanks farrider - I appreciate any and all efforts to identify awesome coins. I just sold a 1835 small sized bust quarter in an XF45 PCGS holder for exactly that price. I think mine was a higher grade but the one you posted has awesome die cracks. Below is the puppy I just released back into the wild.

I say XF Details Cleaned/Surfaces. The color looks off to me.

Unfortunately, I have to say that is not a coin I would add to my collection. I do not like the lack of natural colour on this one.

The coin arrived looking much shinier than in the listing. Agreed with you and it is now on its way back to the seller.
