I have an opportunity to buy the AGE proof set PCGS PF-70. Having trouble determining how much I should offer. L & C is selling it for $10.000 no thanks. Any advice please. Thank you.

Just be aware that most bullion dealers will only offer spot.
It would necessarily need to be sold back into the numismatic market.
That may influence your decision to buy, and for how much.
