Coppercoins has a listing of a
DDR:
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mdsIt looks similar to this one, but not mentioned as a match. But the dots are a lot larger on the than this coin? So I'm not convinced on this one as being a
DDR. It looks more like circulation flattening from what I can see. Still checking yet though.

1929 1¢ WDDR-002 "Best Of" Variety
Description: Very strong Class VI extra thickness shows on all of the letters of EPU, both dots, both wheat ears, both wheat stems, and the top of the letters in ONE.
Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs north to south to the right of the vertical bar of the L in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs north to south inside the upper R of LIBERTY. Reverse: A short die gouge runs SSW from the lower left C in AMERICA.
He mentions a die scratch on the 'L' on Liberty. Coppercoins doesn't show any markers as well a V.V.
On Wexler's WDDR-001, he has no markers for that die. Also mentions the exmple's condition no this one also.
Here is a side by side of all of these dies, to see them in one view:

The best to look is to put them side by side.
