What grade do you think she would get if I submitted her to NGC?

This lady is in a ACG Graded (ACCUGRADE) Case..

Also what value does this coin have?

Nice coin, I'd say minimum MS-64.

MS64. Plastic reflection makes it a bit difficult to judge the obverse fields. Overall nice example. Depending what you have invested in the coin, may not be worth it to submit unless it hits MS65.

It most likely looks better in hand than the photos. MS-65.

Gonna go with MS65, lovely full strike, usual reverse die cracks. A bit of toning. Very attractive coin.

obverse MS65 reverse fields seem to have some missing luster areas. if thats the case then overall MS64 otherwise is those fields have complete luster then MS65. quite a bit difference in value for these grades. if it comes back as 64 then not worth slabbing
