It's a "pragergroschen", a silver coin issued by the Kingdom of Bohemia, in what is now the Czech Republic. Pragergroschen were a popular trade coin, and circulated widely throughout Europe; I'm not surprised to find them in Transylvania.
It was struck during the reign of King Wenceslaus II, who was the first king to issue pragergroschen, circa 1300 to 1305 AD.
