If I had to guess I'd say damaged due to the state of the coin but I don't really know about this error much so what do you guys think?(I'm focusing on the rty in liberty

Just a spender unless you're one of those who save copper cents for their melt value (it will never pay, I guarantee you).

I don't save coins for there melt value, but it's the only one I have for this year so I keep anything I don't have lol
