fortcollins Pillar of the Community United States 3662 Posts	Posted 09/14/2021 12:55 pm JasonKflo, a couple quick thoughts. This may be one to leave in its current slab. Most of us believe the OGH era had more conservative grading than today. I've upward adjusted purchase prices for quite a few OGH coins, and I guess many others have as well. That's a common bargaining issue on bourse floors, and value adjustment regrading on the bourse floor is less risky than resubmission to PCGS. PCGS has become a bit picky about PL designations lately and has given 93 codes to laminations, as well. There is at least some risk they could do that. Just some thoughts to kick around. Even if it came back a grade higher it's not worth the hassle and I like these holders the best. As far as coin being prooflike and them being harder on prooflike now than before. This coin is exceptionally prooflike that is not a concern. I have quite a few prooflike coins and this is more so than most I have. Report this Post to the Staff
