I noticed the far right of the inscription Liberty is a man made mistake or is this a machine doings not sure also is it DDR please your opinions are important. I will post the year and the coin

Whatever caused it, it wasn't there when the coin was struck so it is PMD
Also not seeing any DDR.

Normal coin with circulation flattening. (possible 1930's Wheat cent?)
