I have seen filled letters and numbers on more circulated coins but this dosnt seem to be just wear to me considering the rest of the coin, I'm not sure what cases filled letter is it just die chips? Anyways first iv found that didn't just wear down or took a hit at some point. Wondering if anyone could fill me in on "filled letters"

Certainly looks like a die chip to me. Note the ragged surface in the upper part of the "B". Looks like a mound raised shape.

It's a type of die chip called a "broken post".

Thanks guys, so the same thing with the H mark on all the 2019 dimes. I think the square looks better. Iv put a few aside just for fun to show people. But in this state id say it's worth going as a filler in my American coin collection(once I start it)

Clogged letters in LIBERTY errors are very common in Wheat Cents minted from 1955-1958. You'll find lots of "BIE" errors for this time frame too.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

There are some double dies that have a broken post B as a die marker and the E in we looks sort of odd to me. So be sure to view the listings on VarietyVista.com. for that year and Mint...good luck
