Headaches for a lot of people during the transition and answering ongoing confusion. That money could have been used to improve their grading ops, but alas, a lawyer feels satisfied. (be aware there was an NEW NGC, INC. the successor to National Gypsum registered as a foreign corporation - North Carolina - up to 2/4/2021.
