There's one scratch from what I can really see on it and it appears to have full bands and full torch for the most part what do y'all think?

. In order to justify all costs in sending it in,the coin needs to have a minimum of $150 retail value slabbed. Would your coin reach that level of value? Here is a good link on grading https://www.PCGS.com/photograde/
And here is a link on values as well as ebay sold values http://www.numismedia.com/rarecoinprices/fmv.shtml
IMHO,your coin does not grade high enough, sorry.

Appears to be a nice, lightly circulated '65. Wear does show on reverse high points. Good hole filler, not worthy of third party grading in my opinion.

Absolutely not . Very common and not full torch . Full torch and full bands on a Roosie are the same thing . The bands on your coin are not split . As said above , your coin is not a gem .
