My best guess is this cent was struck thru grease. Or these areas resulted from over polishing (clash). But I suspect the former.
There are quite a few questionable areas on the reverse which makes me suspect the latter.
What say you?

I'm thinking Struck Through Grease on the obverse. Not immediately seeing anything out of the ordinary with the reverse.

The reverse would require some closer images which I could provide if requested. Trying to avoid image overload. If the consensus is a Greaser, than those images are irrgreater,
Thanks for having a look.

Here is one image of the reverse. My guess is 1990's. Based on the reverse statue that appears to have doubling of the knees. Just one of a few reverse observations.

A point of interest on this one. Note the totally blocked out areas? That is what the planchet looked like, before the strike on those areas. So the Grease Fill, prevented the surface from being altered.
