Metal splash, that is post strike damage. Note the wave on the rim. Clue that they coin was damaged. Weight of the coin will be normal.

I can't quite tell what it is from the pics. It could be just damage as coop said. Even if it was a lam, it is fairly small and wouldn't add much value, if any.
