1943 S Lincoln Steel Penny - Coin Community Forum

Rosie New Member United States 34 Posts	Posted 09/21/2021 5:34 pm Think my 1943 s Lincoln Penny may be a steel coin. It weighs appro 2.7 g, sticks to the magnet, and think it is authentic. I have not mastered the uploading an image.....yet. In the meantime, I would appreciate any comments. Report this Post to the Staff

If they are shiny that is a bad thing. The surface has been altered. This is what a normal coin in original condition would look like.
