I bought this for $550 awhile ago which seemed like a good deal given that this is a VERY pq coin (imo, ,of course). I'm sure I could sell it for $600-700, and since a much uglier XF45 went for $700 on heritage, maybe I could bump that up to $750-800 or so if it got slabbed as that. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6381 Posts	Posted 01/15/2009 4:10 pm I don't remember if I commented on this coin before, but as of today I'm thinking this is fairly graded as choice VF. It could go EF-40 but I think it will take a bit of luck to put it over the hump. If you're willing to risk the grading fee it might be worth a try. You of course would also be taking a chance that PCGS could downgrade it. If I saw this coin in a VF-30 holder at a show I don't think I would immediately think, "boy, that's undergraded!".
