I would give it XF,As,It looks like there is some wear on the highest points....Possibly cleaned?

This is one of the more common early commemorative halves, with over 1.3 million minted. Your coin appears to have slight wear but it probably makes AU-50 for details. The dark color could be natural but overall it does look like a coin that has been cleaned at one time.

The Red Book shows a value of $70 in AU-50 but that is high retail, for a no-problem coin. I'd expect this coin is worth anywhere from $35 to $50.
