Lots of celebrities and political people show up on dollars like this. They sell new at a premium but do not typically add collector value. If you have a modern US note and gently move your fingernail over the engraving lines on the portraits coat you will be able to feel they are raised bumps. You might be mistaking the edge of the raised sticker that is covering the portrait of George Washington in this case. Report this Post to the Staff
