1963-D Lincoln Cent DDO?

Hello all!

I was going through some of the "maybe" variety coins that I had laying around, and I rediscovered this one. After looking on doubleddie.com (a website I just recently found out about) I realized that this coin might just be a WDDO-001 stage B. I am almost certain that it is the DDO, but I am not seeing the die scratch about the Y in liberty. Opinions please!

I don't see the doubling. Looks like circulation hits.

Note the comment on the lower loop present or not? Die wear will weaken on that area and it will affect the value of the coins.
