To me it looks like a struck through error. Not long enough to be a lamination to me. Interesting, but small premium. The coin is a nice condition and probably would have been a better find without the error for value.

Yep it is a pealed back lam. you can see where the tear line is alone the top and bottom. (Especially the top)

Struck through lamination. You can see it in the D of God in photo #3.
