First really good doubled die I've found on a shield cent and it's on one of the most trashed shield cents of the whole batch I hunted. Oh well, still beats getting skunked by a lot.

Nice find, none the less, Sam, congrats! It beats a 2015 1¢ WDDR-006 I recently found with extreme zinc rot, tossed it in the out pile as soon as I got pics of it.

That's a shame for sure! My fear is that one day (after I win the Powerball lottery 4 times and get struck by lightning 5 times..) I come across a 43 copper, 55 or 58 DDO, etc.. and it looks like your Cent. I think I would be depressed for the rest of my life, lol.
