I'm new to looking at the coins that pass through my hand but enjoy it so any info would be appreciated I found this and from what I've read it's grease problem on stamp or metal can anyone tell me more about this coin I was thinking might be 1980's and does it hold value I'm not really finding much like it

It looks like a Grease Fill in the dies preventing the devices from rising on the coin.

. Going with these photos I agree with Struck Through Grease. Might be a small premium, check ebay sold values for a similar one.

Appears to a rather nice example of Struck Through Grease.

Might be a very nice find, but whole photos of both sides would help us assess your coin better. Let us see the whole coin, please.

to the CCF!

You might check the weight on this one? If normal it is all a Struck Through Grease issue. But if the weight is less than normal, it could be a thinned planchet error. Looks like a copper planchet, so 3.11 grams would be normal.
