Owl New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 09/26/2021 11:38 pm I'm new to looking at the coins that pass through my hand but enjoy it so any info would be appreciated I found this and from what I've read it's grease problem on stamp or metal can anyone tell me more about this coin I was thinking might be 1980's and does it hold value I'm not really finding much like it Report this Post to the Staff

But if the weight is less than normal, it could be a thinned planchet error. Looks like a copper planchet, so 3.11 grams would be normal. Report this Post to the Staff
