Not a Dryer Coin, note the lack of rim on Obverse
Looks like it has been ground/buffed down.

Good eye JimmyD, definitely looks like the rim on the obverse has been flattened.

Sanded obverse side of the coin. Note the rim is on the reverse, tell us that it was there, but someone altered the coin. PSD.
