1993 D LMC - What Type Of Error Is This?

Other than some DDD issues, is this just die abrasions from heavy polishing or as a result of continuous scraping of the die face against a feeder or something? Abe seems to have like a stitched mouth, doubled eyelid and slashed face.

I would like to apologized in advance if my photos are somewhat hazy.

I "think" that is a blank issue before plating. Also,a few to many photos.

On ONE CENT there is DDD. Die Deterioration Doubling. Also the obverse is also showing the same thing.

@John1, thank you for pointing it out, omitted the last two photos.
I tried searching it, blank issues before plating, is this a mint error? Can you please further explain it?

No. It is an issue with the manufacturer of the blanks,not the mint.
