Pics are bad but I think I can see close to xf sharpness on this one. Surfaces are tougher to tell but for $27 I think I am ok. https://www.ebay.com/itm/373730869082

Nice sharpness, but there are vertical scratches in the hair and right obverse field, possible damage in the upper head (or a lam), and verdigris and/or corrosion along the reverse rim. At that price, with some Verdi-Care and better photos, you should do fine.
