And does anyone know how to make better pictures, because it says it has to be 300 width which makes it soo small, and really hard to see.

Yes, the entire file cannot exceed 300KB. When I post photos, I do so at 900x900, and the file size is usually in the high 200s. JPEG files, if set at a low enough quality level, can come in with huge dimensions and still fall under 300KB. Sadly, low JPEG quality yields very soft (blurry appearing) photos.
