Please avoid screen shots. They are too pixelated to be of help. You have a lot of glare in your photos, so it's hard to tell exactly what's going on. Try using a defused lighting source. And please always give us whole, overall photos of the coin, both side. As I mentioned, it's hard to assess what the issue exactly is with your coin. Better photos might help (and please, no more screen shots).

Looks almost the same as my scope:p I really need to get my laptop charger so I can stop taking screen shots as well. I think my scope has a bit of a better light set up.
I agree with the DDD. Note the direction of the field movements. It is always towards the closest rims. Probably the date will show distortion on the fields on the right and on Liberty to the left sides of the fields on that those devices. Just a form of die wear. Up to 54% of the coins are struck looking like this as the dies age and will get worse.
