I started going through my nickels and I came across this 1986 was wondering if you guys can help me out is this a doubled die or is it just a late die or a D.D.D and also the last picture what is that on top of the roof THANKS COIN COMMUNITY

Machine Doubling and a very late die state when the die struck this one. Just a spendable coin.
