This coin has been dipped . It still has alot of luster but too bright for a circulated coin. Id say minus the dip maybe AU-50/3 but not sure if the dip would be enough to detail it or just lower the grade some. Coin has quite a bit of contact marks .
I have quite a few similar coins in the AU-50 to 53 range .
I have another AU looking coin that had been dipped even more grade XF-45 so I dont know . I may put this one in a album .
Also on the reverse in God We Trust , Has some Green stuff in there that kinda comes off with a toothpick . Almost like clay .

I'll say AU-53 straight grade.

a little weak for this year even with the actual wear the ear area and breast is not just from wear. photos are little to bright. looks like there are more marks on the cheek and neck than what the photo is showing. I agree with AU53

AU Details. Agreed with OP that it's certainly been dipped given the dark spots still remaining in IGWT and the reverse dentils. Since it's too obvious , I'll call it cleaned.

At least AU-53 with a shot at 55. An attractive coin.

I wonder if that's PVC film, rather than overdipping? There seems to be original luster in the peripheral lettering. I wonder what a swim in acetone might do for this one.

The strike difference between the peripherals and the central devices makes me think this makes AU-55, barely.

PCGS Says ! AU-53 I thought it may of been borderline but good pickup for the price for me. Does look pretty nice in hand.
