Seller cites 28mm diameter, 16g weight.
What do you guys think? How's this patina formed?

Looks like there may be casting join at 1'o'clock rev, but I would need an edge picture to be sure.
Possibly the remains of a casting sprue disguised below the neck truncation, on the edge of the coin.

The radial splits around the edge of the coin do not show evidence of tensile metal distress inside the splits.

Detail on reverse looks a bit 'mushy'.
Absence of casting bubbles suggest that centrifugal pressure casting may have been the method of manufacture.
It may have had some sort of white metal covering over a more base metal core.
Patina look to be a bit 'off'.
?Does the surface of the coin feel bit 'greasy' to the touch? Do your fingers smell 'coppery' after gentle rubbing of the coin between them?

All of the above much more easy to assess with an in hand inspection under high magnification.
If I was a probable buyer, I would need to do this before deciding to buy.

Most ancient coin collectors are aware that to sell genuine ancient coins out of Southern European countries is illegal without permission, but OK to sell copies.
That puts the seller in a difficult position, if either fake or genuine.

The Greek Government wants the Elgin Marbles (that are now on display in the British museum) back that were taken from the friese of the Parthenon.

16g is too light. The "patina" looks like purple paint, intended to mimic horn silver.

Does not look right to me also. The soft detail on the reverse and the sharp edge indicates a casting.

The color looks off for silver. At 3 o'clock on the reverse; looks like a spot of copper. If so, I say it is not genuine.
