Hello all!

Earlier today I went to my LCS and dug through their junk silver, I actually decided to take my scope this time and check out a few coins for varieties-long story short, I found a 1964-D Washington quarter that has the WDDO-011

I found a lot of other cool stuff, and I will make a post about everything else I found in the junk later on.

Can't tell much from your pics. Need to see IGWT up close to tell if it is the DDO-011, as well as the markers shown on Wexlers. Based on your one pic, I am possibly seeing some minor doubling on the 964 consistent with the DDO you say it is. Can't wait for more good close-ups! Hopefully it's the real deal.

When posting photos of varieties, eg, WDDO-011 post them here exactly like they are on whatever reference site you looked at.

It's a little bit worn, so I can't really see the doubled serifs on the IGWT. But I can still barely make out the marker-a die crack along the bust. Let me grab some more pics quick.

Not seeing a DDO

Did you look at the WDDO-011 listing? The doubling looks just like the doubling on my coin, plus, my coin had the die crack marker.

To me it looks possible. But the circulation has worn off a lot of the DDO marks on the motto. So it might a low premium coin because of the circulation wear on the devices.

Unfortunately your Quarter has seen some miles and has a lot of circulation flattening and wear like you said. Your pics are fine but maybe you can see the die crack marker with coin in hand better than I can in your pic. Based solely on the date, which is still in decent enough shape and looks to be a good match to Wexler's, I will give it a vote that it may possibly be 011. Even though Wexler does not show any of LIBERTY in which to compare yours, and VV does not list this DDO, it looks like there may be a tiny split serif on the bottom of the L best I can tell. If so, it's a very minor doubled die and I doubt it would carry a premium due to its condition. Still a neat find though IMHO.

I did look, especially at IGWT and yours looks nothing like the one on Wexlers' site...IMHO.You can not match markers until you know for sure you have a doubled die in the first place.
