MissyLynn Valued Member United States 84 Posts	Posted 10/06/2021 11:30 pm I CONSTANTLY have problems with the image optimizer. I crop the image even before I use the optimizer. Then I crop it five or six times with it and it still won't do it. I LOATHE the image optimizer even though I do understand the need for it! And when I do get it to work most of the time it lops off half the coin. Not what I want. Report this Post to the Staff

Then I just change the width value until the image is less than 300kb and save. The crop function does not play well with my iPad so I don't use it. Compared to Irfanview which both resizes and lets you select an image size for upload without cropping, it does suck. Sorry. I've used the image optimizer and found it not user friendly. My 2 cents.
