2020 US Quarter Error?

I got some quarters at the bank and I came across this one, I had a few but this one caught my eye the girl has a raised bald spot on ther head. I looked at the other quarter and the girl showed lines for hair in that section but this one had no lines. Very little damage to the coin so it couldn't be worned off this quickly. Is this and error? Whats the value? Thank you.

Looks like it is damage. Value 25 cents.
I don't see how this could happen during the striking of the coin.

It could be from a smidgen of grease during the process, but I don't feel it's worth more than face value.

Could be grease, but more likely damage. I agree, value is 25 cent.
