It's definitely a weak strike. The poorly developed design rim and persistence of the planchet's beveled edge are clear indicators.
Error coin writer and researcher.

Your coin is. Other events are not as much of a premium. But you might want to check are a while before selling it. Hard to say what price it could bring.

No I found this in a uncirculated bu roll from the bank.It was really the only thing instresting I found out like 50 dollars worth. Why do you ask? Well crap I thought I had something good.

No that's my coin I put it up but it was a scammer trying to buy and then plus I really didn't know what I had so I cancelled that and then put it on here to see what it was.
