1998 D Roosevelt Dime Possible Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

JJC314 Valued Member Mexico 80 Posts	Posted 10/09/2021 12:28 am Hello guy's I have this 1998 D Roosevelt dime that looks like it may be DDO but it also has some lines coming out on letters and the number 1. To add to that is also has a green tone on the obverse and many colors on the revers. Can you guys please let me know if this is iin fact DDO or some kind of Die Deterioration effect.
