would ICCS make any comments? Or would it be better with CCCS because af possible comments?

5 cent silvers were Brian's specialty so he is very hard on them. Is that doubling or reflection on the nose and lips? Is that a "crown" clash off the forhead? If so, I would send it to CCCS for the variety.

It looks way better without the heavy toning, you can see a lot more of what's going on with your coin I'd guess MS with the picture provided

Oakie, the clashes and doubling around the face are just that and are not reflections.

Absolutely beautiful coin! Solid MS-64, possible MS-65.

Not only is there heavy die clashing, but very heavy E-W die polishing lines are visible on the obverse and reverse. Notice the die cracks on the obverse and reverse. This clash and the die breaks couldn't have happened with just one or two clashed strikes. This must have been a whale of a clash before they polished the dies!
