Acetone will help but not solve the problems. Verdi-care is the answer, but be prepared for some contrast beneath the encrusted areas and the surrounding fields.

There doesn't appear to be any surface material that acetone would remove.
Acetone is for dirt, oils and other crud.
But it can't hurt.

It appears to have enough value that conservation and then put into a slab can be considered.
But if the greenish areas are verdigris then conservation could expose underlying problems.
Cost: Probably in the $150-200 area.
