I'll say VF-25, possibly 30.

VF35. imo too much detail in hair, star centers and overall sharpness of the obverse. obverse would come in at XF40 but reverse will hold it back a little although some is from strike.

Good looking coin, minimal contact marks for the grade. Mid VF, leaning toward VF-25, but I could be talked into VF-30. There isn't any real difference in value between these grades. The central strike weakness is evident on both sides. Definitely nothing unusual there.

The surface condition makes me pause a bit. The grayish tint may just be lighting and camera angle. If the color is correct, however, the grayish tint may be PVC film. If it's on the coin, I don't think it's enough to detail the coin, but it may be worth keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't progress. Maybe time for an acetone swim?

Again, nice example of the 13-star!
