Another nice example.

I'll be the outlier here. The obverse has a complete upper and lower band on LIBERTY, some detail in the top knot and ribbon, separation of the lower curl from the neck, and 80% of the denticles. The reverse has dimples in the bow, some detail in the top wreath leaves, and 80% of the denticles. IMHO, it is on the F-15/VF-20 fence. It's a softer strike than your 13-star. There's only a $5-$6 difference from VG to VF.

Every time I see the 12-star, I wonder: which state was voted off of star island?
