1960 5c Doubled Die Reverse / DDR With Extra Claw

Wrekkdd Pillar of the Community Canada 3328 Posts	Posted 10/14/2021 09:50 am I took a shot of what looks like an extra claw on a 1960 nickel though it could be an extremely well placed hit(I could not make it out as raised or not. I did not take any full shots of the coin due to how dark it was but took a screen shot that I would prefer not to post but can. I would mainly for now just like to know if there is any DDR for this year with an extra claw above the beavers back foot. I would have wrote it off as a hit but due to the amount of space between the beavers foot and body I'm thinking a possible DDR. If there is none known I won't bother posting the photo unless requested. Tonight when I get home I'll try and get some good photos. I don't like positing screen shots and idoubt you can make anything out from it but here. I'll take some shots of the full coin and non screen shot close ups if the area tonight after work. I'll post full pics still tonight just for reference and condition:) I'm happy with this one, for a while I was thinking a hit, but it does no show any signs of damage in the area, also it is such a small gap the idea of it taking a hit inside the gap seemed slim.
