I'm seeing a linear plating bubble--not all can be punctured with a toothpick. I've come across hundreds of strong examples over the years--some cannot be ruptured (without damaging the coin badly). The linear feature is raised, yes?

Interesting that it can't be depressed though. The copper plating is thin and flexible enough that it should readily dent.

For sure it could be that. Seems weird though to have that occur as a line rather than in a mostly circular eruption.
