To me it just die wear. When the die was fresher, it wasn't there. Just like when we were young, we didn't have wrinkles.

I made side by sides of each of the similar examples from Variety Vista to compare with. It appears the locations are different from these examples? Also note the top of the affected areas on most of them are showing a point to the east, except the first one on the bottom row.(OMM-003 it appears to an earlier die state) Yours doesn't have the point, which I feel is die flow on the OMMs.

Its probably more if a die wear issue on that area? So you might not find a match. Don't forget Wexler's site.
