Those appear to be die cracks. Your colour shift is way off, as well as your contrast. You may want to photograph under daylight conditions.

Thanks, I am still playing with the light. They are so shiny I dimmed way down to be able to see what was going on. Here is another pic of another coin that was in same roll uncirculated, same cracks, it just looked like a chip on his nose to me.

I think @merc is right that you have a die crack on the rev, which makes this a "spike head" of sorts. An interesting find.

Thanks @Spence it really messed his nose up lol looks like he is wearing a gas mask! I meant Die Cracks but posted Die Scratches.
