Quote: Or they could really cause a tizzy and make only 2022 of them (for the year minted).

For what it's worth, I'd also prefer no mintage limits, otherwise I'm never seeing one within my budget. Even with no limits it's going to be close.

Let me guess, they will release both on the same day again.

I'd like to think, the Mint has had Enough Ordering problems with their Own System of ordering and " are you a human ", , Especially at ALMOST the End of placing an order...... We need the Mint to do Better at more than Just , Taking Our Money..... I'd also like to see, EVERY member HERE that wants a coin, to see, they All Get one. I Also believe, The Second release(s) TBD, coins would serve to Enhance and Add to the Rarity and Value of the Original Releases..... JMO. As far as How MANY and WHEN for these MORGAN and Peace dollars,More PROOFS ?... Hoping Like Montauk, THE END.....

See Coin World article and Mint rep saying more Morgan and Peace could be coming in addition to the proofs, maybe annually released, a high relief Peace and bullion. It was admitted there have been problems with coins and packaging this year. Fasten your seat belts for the ride. https://www.coinworld.com/news/us-c...back-in-2022

Quote: products likely to be offered through enrollment or subscription rather than in limited-edition pre-sales Could any of you explain what this means in practice? I'm not very familiar with the terminology. EDIT: it sounds like "we're going to give the offer to some of our high-paying clients", which is something I've heard of happening with some Canadian mint products. I'm not aware of anything like that happening with US coinage, though, so I'm not sure if I'm interpreting it correctly.

Another set of coins to pass on. And yes the Royal Canadian Mint has special offerings and perks for the big spenders. I only purchase the proof and uncirculated sets from both mints, no bullion or bunk.

january1may, It simply means, in Mint terms, IF offered in Enrollment, The ordering process would NOT have the online ordering headaches. IF subscriptions are offered, they too, would ease the online ordering process. IF they do NOT offer the Enrollment or subscriptions, Which I do NOT think they will, IT'S going to be an AS expected free-for-all.......Maybe a Household limit of 3 Again, EDITED To Say, PS, I too have read and Heard, the Select Certain Few Dealers get allotments offered to them PRIOR to Our General Public releases. I do NOT think that's fair Either !!!

Just noticed in the inside cover of the Mint's Christmas catalog: "I am happy to announce that the Mint will continue to offer Morgan and Peace dollar products in 2022 and beyond". (David J. Ryder - Director - US Mint)

Here's a pipe-dream...
How about a nice trade-in program... trade in your damaged 2021 Peace/Morgans to the Mint for 2022 examples that have better quality control? They get their silver back and also retain possible future customers.
I know... stupid of me...

I'm all about an enrollment for these, and I'd sign up.
I just wonder would the system crash as people try to sign up for a limited number of enrollments!

I find it interesting that they state: (Holben said 12,900 of the orders for Morgan and Peace dollars have been held up for delivery until the Mint determines if the orders are legitimate or are fraudulent attempts.) This must be where my order that has been in shipping limbo for the last 4 weeks is.

Why, WHO could be doing that ? Fraudulent Attempts at Illegally attempting to circumnavigate Their policies House Hold Limits !!!!
